On Saturday March 28th, I found a female Gang Gang Cockatoo in Hall
Reserve, Clifton Hill, about 3 km from the GPO. This was the only one I
have seen in 17 years of on-and-off birding in this location. Does anyone
know of other records of Gang Gangs in inner Melbourne? They occasionally
visit the garden of a friend living in Templestowe as well as other outer
suburbs, but I have not previously encountered one so close to the city
centre.
