Hi everybody -

Another volunteer CFP survey opportunity is coming up - this time in
Queensland. An extract from a message to the Threatened Bird Network (TBN)
reads '...planning is getting under way for a volunteer-based survey at
Moore Park near Bundaberg from 14-22 March 1998. This area is north of the
currently recognised distribution of Coxen's, but the habitat and
unconfirmed sighting reports from the area look very promising...'

If anybody is interested in participating, they should get in touch with
Mick Fendley, TBN Coordinator, at the contact numbers and address below, or
by email to <>

Cheers, Hugo.
