Watching the evening news last night i was horrified to see the devastation left after the bush fire through the Pilliga Scrub in northern NSW. Has anyone any details of the fires extent? All I could make out was that it flared along a 150 km front. Was the area around the salt caves spared? Which species are the most likely to have perished? Alex Appleman Townsville |
