I've got many messages with long addresses inside and no actual content
about jetskis, which i agree are the worst invention produced by man,
which lets speed demons get in closer to sensitive spots like sea grass
beds and mud flats..and noisy and disruptive as well.
but I digress..

I'm beginning to plan another longish travelling trip to Tasmania at the
end of november/beginning of December and I'd like to know about going to
see the Orange-bellied parrots...how does one make arrangements to get to
Melaleuca? Are there still positions for volunteering to watch them there?
And does anyone have any suggestions about where the best spots for
endemic birds/plants/mammals that we absolutely can't miss are? I'd
really like to see a quoll...

thanks muchly and good birding..
