David, Have just returned from Kakadu. Saw Banded Fruit Dove in a fig tree immediately in front of the Main Gallery at Nourlangie Rock. Great views as they were quietly feeding. Also saw Chesnut quilled rock pigeon at the same site. The Doves flashed past us as we looking at the view from the Main Lookout. Good Luck!!
