I am interested in purchasing a copy of the new Pizzey & Knight:

I have called ABA Sales as well as Buteo Books, neither of which had heard
of the new guide.  I suspect both will eventually carry this new guide but
I would rather get it sooner than later.  If one of you is planning to go,
perhaps, to a Big W store, would it be possible for you to pick up an extra
copy of the book for me?  I will, of course, be happy to pay (in advance,
if you'd like) for the book as well as shipping and handling and any other
fees.
