Field guide for western europe

Can someone recommend a field guide to the birds of western europe in
English. Preferably one still in print and available. I will be visiting
Sweden, Norway, Austria and the Czech Republic in May and June. I would
also appreciate any recommended birding spots or natural areas in general,
for the above countries.
