Hi all, I am a South African birder who has always wanted to visit Australia. I am now finally getting a chance, but it will be very brief, unfortunately. I will be spending two weeks in Brisbane on business from 5 to 17 May. The only times I'll have free for birding will be Sat + Sun (10th + 11th May), Sat 17th morning only, and then early mornings and late afternoons in and around the city. Are there any local birders who can give me advice on where to go during these times in order to see as many species as possible? I will not have my own transport. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Cheers, Peter ------------------------------ Peter N.
