Highlights in NSW over the last week are as follows: AUSTRALIAN SHOVELER 10 Pittown Lagoon, Windsor 25/12 PINK-EARED DUCK 2 McGrath's Hill, Windsor 28/12 PACIFIC BAZA 2 George's River, Weatherburn 19/12 and 5 Dural 29/12 - both Sydney COMB-CRESTED JACANA 1 still present 29/12 Pittown Lagoon, Windsor PAINTED SNIPE 1 Ash Island, Kooragang, Newcastle "mid December" SANDERLING 8 Harrington, Taree 27/12 LITTLE TERN 200 pairs with 72 young Harrington, Taree 27/12 WHISKERED TERN 30 Pittown Lagoon, Windsor 25/12 WHITE-HEADED PIGEON 1 St. Ives 17/12 and 1 Bilgola 24/12 - both Sydney BARRED CUCKOO-SHRIKE 1 Harrington, Taree 27/12 - most southerly site in the world?
