The Ringed Plover is still at Westernport Bay. David Siems and I saw it at about 9 a.m. on Saturday morning, 21/12/96. It is necessary to traverse through private property to see the bird. Please call Erika Murdoch on (03) 9646 8457 before going to see the Ringed Plover. Permission will be granted but she likes to keep tabs on who's entering on her land.
