Congratulations to Julian and other appointees newly elected to the QOS.
Thanks also for the great job, Julian, in compiling regular Birdline Qld
reports.  The same thanks also to Chris and his helpers in Sydney for
Birdline NSW, Tony & Co. for the pelagic reports and Niven in Darwin.

All mouthwatering stuff to those of us still waiting for summer in the
south.
