I number of people have asked the RAOU how the first Southern Hemisphere Ornithologists Congress went in Albany, WA in October this year. It went extremely well with over 200 delegates from 15 countries participating. I full review of the conference will appear in the March 1997 issue of 'Wingspan' (the RAOU's quarterly magazine).
