Text item: Text_1 Just reported to Birdline NSW is a REDSHANK yesterday 8th July at Long Reef, Sydney. It was seen by Mohamed Mahdi and Michael Hutchinson on the farthest rocks at Long Reef. They did not see it in flight and did not hear it call but say the legs were "bright red". Mohamed is Irish and has experience of the species. Good luck - I can't get away till the weekend!
