On the back of the issue of Australian Nature that came out about last Nov. there was an ad. for, among many other things, a CD ROM on "Australian Birds" that would be "available soon". The vendor was a group called "Webster publishing", from memory. Does anyone know if this is yet available, and if it is, is it any good? I am highly sceptical on both counts, but the world still has a capacity to surprise me, on isolated occasions. Does anyone know who were the ornithologists involved (if such were...)? [I dare not ask how much it retails for.] Bill |
