Hi, I can't reconnect my USB modem after the ppp connection is broken.

 The full scenario:
 1. I connect a cellular modem (Sierra Wireless AirLink FX100) via USB. The
modem is powered externally!
 2. I create a ppp connection (ping succeeds).
 3. I disconnect the USB cable. pppd exits.
 4. I reconnect the modem and attempt to reconnect, but the chatscript fails:
 Apr 11 13:42:34 pppd[7903]: pppd 2.4.4 started by root, uid 0
 Apr 11 13:42:35 chat[7905]: timeout set to 3 seconds
 Apr 11 13:42:35 chat[7905]: abort on (BUSY)

 Apr 11 13:42:39 chat[7905]: Failed
 Apr 11 13:42:39 pppd[7903]: Connect script failed
 Apr 11 13:42:40 pppd[7903]: Exit.

 I'm using the TS-7553, liunx 2.6.24.4, pppd 2.2.4.

 Thanks,
 rami
