Subject: | [ts-7000] where is ../data when referenced in a cgi program ? |

so I want to open a data file, in a c program collect_post.cgi. it wants to open the data file as:
f = fopen(DATAFILE, "a");
so where do I mkdir the ../data/ directory? is it in /usr/bin/cgi-bin or /var/www ?????
