The Data sheet says hi out is 0.85 * RVDD at a current of 4mA
and lo out is 0.15 * RVDD when sinking 4mA
RVDD is nominally 3.3v
output voltages will vary with current sourced or sunk.
It seems to say that max output current per pin is +/- 50mA, but that seems
high to me.
Hi input is 0.65 * RVDD or above and Lo input is 0.35 * RVDD or less.
I'd not want to source or sink more than 10mA, and would prob buffer
even that.
