[ts-7000] dbAlloc error

I have been working with a TS-7260 board stack without problems for months.  I 
removed the SD card to copy it, and when I put the SD card back into the stack 
to boot, I started seeing all kinds of unusual errors.  For one, when loading 
modules, it no longer seemed to recognize one of the TS-ETH2 peripheral cards.  
More puzzling is this sequence of errors at boot:

Has anyone else seen this dbAlloc error before?  Anyone know what it means?
