[ts-7000] Serial characters being dropped?

Anybody else having trouble with serial characters being dropped? I'm on a TS-7400 running 2.6.29, and neither the serial-usb system nor the internal serial ports receive all characters presented to them. They're coming in at 9600bps, which shouldn't require hand-shaking, not on a processor this fast. And yet I keep getting bad checksums from my device.

Any advice?
