I find another kernel 2.6.24.4 and try compile 2.6.36 or 3.4.0, have it on embeddedarm repo,
why is you kernel? you instal v4l2 for apt-get (i can´t find package) and can´t find fswebcam too in my source list,

I use fswebcam, but 2.2 kernel is really, really old and drivers will be a
problem. I'm not sure if it even supports v4l2.
