Does anyone have the TS tool mentioned in the TS-ETH2 manual referenced
below?  If not, does anyone have experience accessing control registers
for the AX77796B?  I want to be able to put the Ethernet ports into
sleep mode and wake them up by toggling the appropriate registers.
