Ah, I found ~/.ssh/id_rsa and id_rsa.pub -- attributes are -rw-------

Humm, Dropbear ssh still did not work on this TS-7250. I went through the man 
page for ssh-keygen however ssh-copy-id is failing, I could not upload 
is_rsa.pub to the target server. Maybe I can do it manually.
