I have read the manual. But I had that doubt, because there was only the connected the board to 5 volts.

Have you read the TS7260 Manual?

Section 1.5 "Features"...

High efficiency switching-mode power supply (4.5-20VDC Unregulated Input)

The mnual has all the details.
