Thanks again Jeff! I don't think it is a bad micro SD card. Unless some sectors got lost when I backed it up using 'dd'. The micro SD card came with the board from TS, so I doubt it's a counterfeit device.
Let me know if you have any other ideas. I'm going to pick-up a bigger micro SD card tonight anyway, and see if that makes a difference.
