We just use a Garmin16 plugged into the serial port,   Read the NMEA strings per spec etc.
The interesting part about GPS is how to use the 1PPS square wave to mark the data
for more accuracy.  Don't know how with the TS-ADC-16, but connecting the 1PPS to
a DIO might be a start.  Good luck!
