The problem is scripts running(I can see the echo info is correct), but cannot change the time.  Is there root's privilege when runing scripts from web?

Hi, greeting. I am new comer here. I am using TS-7400 as apache server. My application needs to synchronize the server's time with local PC, where browsing TS-7400 Web server. The application doesn't have Internet access in the field. But local PC have GPS connection, so it synchronize the correct time from GPS device. I tried the way to create a script cgi file running in cgi-bin from web page. Scripts look running no problem. But actually the time cannot be set and saved. Any idea? Many thanks.
