I accidentally blew the serial port ( dead serial port, no com, no rs232 )
on my Ts7200 board.

The part you need to replace is SIPEX SP213EEA
Desolder it and then apply a new one this is the control chip for rs 232.

It is the chip located in the CF slot area in the middle of where the card 
would go Label U12
