[ts-7000] Re: DIO output TS-7260

I am even seeing the same behavior using TS's scripts in ts7xxx.subr 
(ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7260-linux/binaries/ts-scripts/ts7xxx.subr).
  No change in in the output value from toggling the output line:

ts7000:~# dio_dir_set 4 1
0xF0
ts7000:~# dio_data_set 4 0
0xF
ts7000:~# dio_data_set 4 1
0xF
