[ts-7000] php5 sqlite3 debian kernel 2.4

Hi All,

I have run debian 2.4 on cf ts-7200, installed sqlite3 works fine,
but I cannot find package php5-sqlite3 on repository.

where I should get this package? should I re-compile it from source?
and where I can find the source?
