[ts-7000] Adding patch to 2.4.26-ts11

As you can see, I'm newbie with Linux, so sorry for bottering you....
I need to improve the precision of the gettimeofdate() function, to 10usec 
order. Per some discussion in this forum, there are 3 patches to do so which 
are in the Files section in this group. Me big concern here is if I have to add 
the patches by using insmod directly ( logically after compiling the patches 
)OR need to compile the whole Kernel with the modules and then install the 
package into the CF card. I'm using a TS-7200. Thanks
