[ts-7000] /initrd/ empty

Hi All,

I have run debian-udev on ts-7200,
my board have ts-gsm1 on it, I have read some references that I must turn on 
pc104 by foloowing command:
./initrd/ts7800.subr
pc104on

but I found my /initrd/ is empty,
anyone could help?
