[ts-7000] gnu-arm-installer vs. Maverick Crunch?

Found this toolchain setup at:

http://www.gnuarm.com/

Built everything with gcc-4.3.2, seems to work fine, but only if I disable 
Maverick Crunch in the config.  And there is a bewildering string of hits about 
this topic here and abroad including a nice optimize.html page from one of you. 
 

Anyone have any luck including Maverick Crunch in the build?  Is there a 
compiler option I need to add?
