I've got 2.6.34 running quite swimmingly on a 7350 but I tried to build a
2.6.35 kernel for it and I get nothing on startup. No boot messages, nada. I
checked the configuration to make sure that I've set console output correctly.

So, the question of the day is: How do you approach trying to figure out what's
wrong? Could you throw in some brute-force printf's into the kernel's main()?
Or is there a better list of things to try?

My 2.6.34 was cobbled together from Matt's 7260 patches and tweaks for the 7350
hardware. I thought the same stuff should work fine for 2.6.35 but perhaps I
missed something.

Having a newer kernel would be nice since they've added driver support for
newer wireless chipsets into the mainline.
