May I ask if there are clear preferences for tools and environment for program development using a Windows host PC? If cost is an issue? If cost is not an issue? For instance: On-board vs. host PC? On-Board: serial console vs.telnet? preferred editor? preferred debugger? Command line GDB? printf's? On Host [Windows] PC how are files shared with controller? preferred Edit/Build tool-chains? Eclipse? Other? preferred debugger? Remote GDB? Insight? DDD? printf's? Other? Biggest issues? Recommended Does and Don'ts? Thanks, Bob Furber ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
