I see the same notice in the board-specific OpenCore-files i've been working on (fpga).

It would be very interesting if someone from TS could clarify how "CONTAINS CONFIDENTIAL,
PROPRIETARY AND TRADE SECRET INFORMATION OF TECHNOLOGIC SYSTEMS" should be interpreted and related to, and if there is a general "PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION AND CONSENT OF TECHNOLOGIC SYSTEMS" for the files available from the ftp.

Best regards,
Jonatan Olofsson

All,

I was poking around ftp.embeddedarm.com looking for the lincan 2.6
driver source and happened upon this:

ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7350-linux/sources/playsound.c

Which has a rather restrictive license, to put it mildly. ;-) Is it
supposed to be available for anonymous ftp? If so, could someone,
preferably with appropriate authority, take a look at it? Is there any
other code on there we need to be careful with?

thx,

Jason.
