There is also a real time clock module for the PC-104 bus. If you are developing to include the board in a product, you can get started with this and then go to the onboard version later. We did this and it worked fine for us. The RTC module on the TS-7800 would be the large module next to the header that is beside the serial connector. It is mounted above the NAND flash module in the 24 pin dip socket. If you look at the board on the web site that area is not populated.

Can you ask the time through the network to a ntp server?

Cheers

Doesn't look so. The only ST chip I can find on the board is the NAND. But then I don't see any space for the ST chip shown on their website. Am I doomed?

Hello all,

I use a TS7800 but every time I boot it up the time/date is set back to 1970. How do I set the time/date once for all and let the hardware keep track of it afterwards?

Thanks
