The program you can use is Gparted, you can modify the SD partition!!!

Here may be some ideas to start from. I would start there:

- Does the old 2.6.21-ts kernel recognise the 4th partition correctly?
- What software do you use to enlarge/create partition 4? Do you recreate the partition or just enlarge it somehow?
