You need to copy back the libcrypt.so file.

With the ts7200 I do all my development on the Compact flash drive, 
leaving the onboard flash image virtually as it arrived from TS - that way 
I can always boot. 

Set up a suitable image on a compact flash - boot linux from onboard flash 
and root image on CF and repair the on board flash image.

You can get compressed tars of the TS supplied image from their website.
Their manual has instruction for booting an image from CFdisk.
