It is very easy!!
 
Do you work on linux or windows?
If you work with windows follow step by step the web page www.embeddedarm.com instruction.
 
If you work with linux,
first install the cross comiple tools at /opt/
then create a link (ln -s from_path_compiler/ . ) to the compiler at the path /usr/local/bin
Then you can create your application usign the eclipse but remeber to use the makefile file..
