[ts-7000] Guide to getting QT-Embedded and TSLIB working with the EABI Lenny Distribution

Hi All,

I've finally gotten QT-Embedded and TSLIB working with EABI Lenny on the 
TS-TPC-7395. I've kept a step by step log of what I did and I posted it online 
to help anyone else in the future. The guide can be found here:

I also want to thank Donal O'Connor for his help via both his guides for 
getting this working on Etch/OABI as well as all the assistance and information
