[ts-7000] Tick count on 7300

Hi

Among other things, I am trying to measure small code events on a ts-7300 but so
far haven´t found a tick count or so function that would suit for this task.

Does anybody knows a good piece of code to measure micro or even miliseconds of
elapsed time for this SBC, linux standard or even board specific?
