Thanks Russ. I'm glad to see that I'm able to at least get confirmation from
the community that the 2.4.26-ts11 kernel that ships with the board doesn't get
the job done.
I built the 2.6.29.1 kernel this morning using linux-2.6.29.1-ts7200_matt-4,
and things build just fine with the built in ts72xx_eabi_full_defconfig.
However, when I tried loading this kernel using bootload, it wouldn't come up
(or at least I got zero output to the console). I've been successful loading
other kernels using bootload and nfs, so I'm a little confused.
The things that I'm wondering about are:
1. Are you working on a TS-7400, or is it some other board?
2. Does the 2.6.29.1 kernel (or any of the community 2.6.x kernel's for that
matter) support the 7400 onboard NAND flash via MTD? In the configs provided
with matt's -4 patch, none of these options appear to be set.
Thanks for the responses so far!
