Which model dongle are you using (complete name )? I did a project that used this and had a problem, but figured it out? If it's the WL-167G, you should use the rt73 driver. TS should have it on it's website.

You were correct I was using the wrong driver.

It would be handy to include in the documentation the requirement to copy over the wireless tools, what directory they needed to be located in and how to make them executable.
