[ts-7000] TS-ADC24 - Board failed initialization

I've downloaded the latest code for the tsadc1624 lib and compiled it using the 
provided makeadc.sh script. I'm trying to follow the documentation but when I 
attempt to enumerate the devices, eg.

$ ./tsadc1624ctl -m 7200 -e

I just get:

SBC Model assigned as: 7200
Board failed initialization: -7 (Bad board)

This is the second PC/104 board stacked on top of a TS-DIO64 board so I 
wouldn't be surprised if I'm supposed to change a jumper but I can't find any 
reference to jumper settings in the manual.

Any chance someone can advise me where to look for those settings?
