I'm getting an error when trying to install ntp using apt-get on a TS-7350
system. I've used apt-get successfully in the past. I wouldn't think ntp would
be a particularly large package for the system to deal with?
dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/ntp_1%3a4.2.2.p4+dfsg-2etch4_arm.deb (--unpack):
fork failed: Cannot allocate memory
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/ntp_1%3a4.2.2.p4+dfsg-2etch4_arm.deb
Processing was halted because there were too many errors.
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Before running apt-get 'watch free' reports this:
Every 2.0s: free Thu Jan 15 23:34:19 1970

Mem: 62516 35168 27348 0 1536 22520
-/+ buffers/cache: 11112 51404
Swap: 0 0 0
Around the time it decides it's out of memory it's looking like this, so maybe
it is simply is running out of memory?:
