[ts-7000] TS-7550 with TS752; undefined reference to 'semtimedop'

Hello,
I am porting code to the above board and get the above error message in 
Eclipse.  I am using the appropriate header files and have a "#define 
__USE_GNU" before these header files.  Is semtimedop() supported?
