So it did an fsck to check the file system - that much is ok.
All the stuff you quote is normal stuff and doesn't help.

You don't say what happenned after the reboot. If that failed, then
please post the failed boot.

I would put the CFdisk into a USB adapter connected to a linux development
system (you do have one, right?). Make sure the CFdisk is unmounted and run
fsck on card. Then try and boot from the card in ts7200.
