I'm trying to talk to a Microchip MCP3204 ADC.  I started with the MCP3208 code 
posted earlier but it's not working right.  I am getting values back but I'm 
clearly missing data bits.  This is my first attempt at rolling my own SPI 
device so I have a lot to learn.
