I have read a fair amount about Embedian and it sounds promissing but I am
unsure about where to begin.

I am a control systems engineer, unfamilar with Linux. For this project I need
support for I/O,FTP,SSL etc for remote development.

I am currently, booting up the TS 7250, and chroot to debian flash drive. This
is fine for development. At some point I may need to run an OS in the local
flash.

Any suggestions?
