[ts-7000] Cannot connect TS-7260 to network. (linux kernel 2.6.21 + "de

Hi,

I am using linux 2.6.21 kernel to boot TS-7260 from SDCard. I am not able to 
connect to wired network.
When i connect ts-7260 using an ethernet cable to router (linksys wrt 160n) i 
dont get an ip address through dhcp.
following is the log of dhcp:

If i use static ip and connect i am not able ping my router, ping gives output: 
destination host unreachable.

but if i connect my PC using same cable i get dhcp and internet connection.

i did set nameserver in resolve.conf but it didnt help.

Any suggestions?
